| With a summery breeze blowing, nothing beats sitting outside here while overlooking Lake Minnetonka, savoring a Long Island iced tea and perusing all the pretty people. We find appetizers, such as Sunsets’ signature quesadillas or a platter of the tried-and-true Szechwan spicy green beans, always hit the spot. For entrées, you can get anything from burgers and pasta to pork chops and kung pao beef, but we often end up with Sherrie’s chicken salad. Not as dainty as it sounds, the plus-size main course is colorful with tender nuggets of artichoke and coconut-crusted chicken framed within a circle of sliced avocados and finished off with a honey-mustard dressing. |
