THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Super Smokers Bar-B-Que Restaurant Review:

Is this huge joint too big and---dare we say it?---tidy to produce tasty barbecue? Nope. This second location for Super Smokers delivers happily, although the back room is itching to be a sports bar. And it breaks the rule about the grubbier the place, the better the 'que. The other rule, the wider the range of eaters, the better the meat, is true. Doctors, roofers, Indian chefs---wait for your number to be called. This is apple-wood smoking, sweet and mellow, with a dry rub and sauce added at the table from among five choices, including a yellow Carolina-style. To us the masterpieces are the beef brisket, moist, not sawdust-like, and tender without collapsing, and the pulled pork. The pork is what Brits would call moreish, which is to say gimme summo' dat, pliz. Ecstasy? Darn close. We think the best side is the beans, but it's up to you. Everyone has strong opinions on how barbecue should be, although we say anyone who eats macaroni salad with it...oh, never mind.
