Sushi Lounge Restaurant Review: Approximately 15 different martinis are served at this swanky, funky sushi bar and nightclub, and that's just one section on the cocktail menu. And let's not forget the food: if you are an experimental sushi eater, you'll be able to spend hours grazing from the extensive hand roll menu. For a sure bet, try the fantasy roll. Or, for the non-sushi eater, sample the crispy rock shrimp served with spicy cracked pepper and garlic aïoli, or try the Japanese risotto---creamy with short grain rice studded with lump crab, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, edamame and scallions, and drizzled with truffle oil. We also recommend the Peking duck crêpes, savory with barbecue duck breast wrapped in a beer crêpe along with julienne scallions and Chinese barbecue sauce. Among the winning desserts are berry spring rolls with crème anglaise. |
