Once you get used to the leftover Mexican restaurant décor, you will realize that just about everyone in Half Moon Bay dines here. The offerings range from the traditional rolls available as an uncut hand roll, inside out, that is, with the rice on the outside, or the standard style. Don't miss the spicy tuna or the spider rolls. If they have cod cooked with miso, get it. Under special rolls the vegetarian Half Moon Bay contains artichoke heart, avocado and radish sprouts. There are also entrées like soft shell crab, teriyaki, tempura and sukiyaki. The dinner combo priced at $17.50, in which you have a choice of two items like tempura and teriyaki, is terrific.
