Sushi Sen Nin Restaurant Review

: Chic yet traditional Japanese environs are enough to distinguish Sushi Sen Nin from its area peers: tatami rooms with bamboo floors and divisions; an elaborate tairyo bata fishing boat flag poster; furoshiki hand-painted silk menu covers. In addition to fresh cuts of sushi is a menu offering the likes of wasabi-marinated tuna tartare and razor-thin tuna carpaccio subtly seasoned with delicate spices that preserve the natural flavors of each ingredient. Yakitori, tender morsels of marinated chicken, beef, vegetables and seafood, demonstrate the kitchen’s versatility in different facets of Japanese cuisine. Delicate Chilean sea bass and lean Japanese Kobe beef are highlights among entrées. Filtered and unfiltered sakés complement the food.
