 There’s nothing but good stuff going on inside this West Loop restaurant, which delivers countless rolls in chic, lounge-like digs with dark blue and silver walls, techno music and Japanese cartoons projected on the wall. There’s a varied selection of hot appetizers, including an asparagus beef roll, gyoza and tempura. But most of the diners opt for platters of rolls, which range from more complicated numbers (the tasty White Tiger, consisting of tuna, hamachi, salmon, asparagus, avocado, cucumber, jalapeño, scallions, tempura flakes, wasabi mayo and cilantro) to the basic California and spicy tuna. Be prepared to wait if you show up during peak hours, knowing you can pass the time with cocktails, like the Sakerita with Patron Citronge and cucumbers.
