This eclectic and fun restaurant has a wide range of menu items, from flash-fried Japanese river crabs to crispy yellowtail taquitos to Wagyu short ribs. If for no other reason, it’s worth a visit just because its own particular brand of fusion cuisine hasn't been done to death yet. And no wonder it hasn't. The idea takes some getting used to, even though it makes sense eventually. Raw tuna with apple soy dipping sauce is listed under Seviche. Well...okay, we get it. Move along to the next course---churrasco, chicken teriyaki and fish (fresh or raw...take your pick) are all available. The specialty drink menu is equally split-personality; it hops between saké bombs and caipirinhas. You may want to stick with wine, although navigating the wine list can be a bit tricky at times.
