 Sweet Rose Creamery Restaurant Review: This Brentwood Country Mart ice cream shop from restaurateurs Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan is yet another hit in their portfolio (Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen, Huckleberry Café & Bakery, Milo & Olive). It utilizes quality, seasonal ingredients for its scoops, sundaes and confections, and its premium ice cream is produced in small batches. Fresh ginger and salted caramel are a couple of the flavors that may appear on a menu that changes monthly. Seasonal fruit shakes, butterscotch crunch sundae and chocolate-dipped bananas add variety. The shop offers ice cream sandwiches and even ice cream “sliders” --- ice cream and bacon are stuffed into brioche buns from the ovens of Milo & Olive. |
