Sweet Tomatoes is a bonanza for bargain eaters---this buffet restaurant has arguably the longest (and a most appealing) salad bar in the history of garden fare. If it is listed under veggies on the food pyramid, you'll find it here. For those who like more than vitamin K for lunch, there are several other options to fill up on, including a constantly rotating menu of five to seven varieties of homemade soup, six to eight types of fresh baked goods (think muffins, cornbread and garlic focaccia) and two to three types of pasta. The bottom line? You won't go hungry here and, hopefully, you won't tip the scale, either.
