Equally adept at both of its namesake eats, meals begin---and end---with seasonally inspired bounty. Prince Edward Island mussels are mouthwatering when finished in tomato-thyme fumé; and pan-roasted red grouper with sweet corn, black truffle butter and lobster hash with farm-fresh chervil salade couldn't be simpler.
