Its comforting to know there’s one place in Farmington where they make every day feel like a Friday. At this popular, all-American chain, the staff always seems to be having as much fun as the customers. Generous and satisfying portions are a hallmark. You could make a feast from appetizers alone: pot stickers, potato skins and jalapeño poppers. But you’ll be just as satisfied if you skip straight to the broken noodles, heart-healthy tuna or Jack Daniels salmon. For the carnivore, Friday’s offers one heck of a burger. It’s a build-your-own with more than a dozen fixings and a heaping accompaniment of spicy fries. The giant desserts are notable, too.
