T.G.I. Friday's Restaurant Review: You won’t find trendy hipsters at this ubiquitous chain restaurant, but Friday’s remains busy and well-liked, nonetheless. There are plenty of burgers, sandwiches and salads to satisfy any appetite---assuming it hasn’t already been spoiled first by the rich spinach dip, the saucy tostado nachos or the crispy green bean fries. The friendly, upbeat and energetic staff is outfitted in red and white with black suspenders. Meanwhile, against the backdrop of old posters, snow shoes and washboards, strategically placed TVs (usually on sports channels) add to the casual factor. |
