Surfers---and older types, too---flock here not just for the simple, flavorful Mexican fare, but for the fun, since the servers are prone to antics that include singing, joke-telling and playing practical jokes that are more or less amusing relative to the number of times you may have experienced them. Everybody enjoys the mood, and the food sells itself, especially the massive, well-garnished taco trays for which Taco Auctioneer is known. The views of the Pacific are spectacular. Beer and wine served.
