Taco Bamba Taqueria Restaurant Review:

Taco Bamba Taqueria’s second outpost, located in Vienna, expands the original’s menu and has enough seating for the throngs. Like its sister restaurant, the open kitchen allows patrons to watch all their goodies get assembled down the taco line. Beyond a few appetizers, such as ceviche verde, assorted nachos and a shrimp cocktail, are all the taco/tostada/quesadilla offerings, for example the in-house creation called the Black Sheep made with braised goat stew, or birria. Other playful add-ons are the bulgogi “bullfight” with Korean pork and the pulpo al pastor of marinated and grilled octopus. A few breakfast dishes and assorted alcoholic drinks round out the menu.
