Taco Del Mar Restaurant Review: This national chain first opened in 1992 on the Seattle waterfront. It’s known for enormous, made-to-order burritos and fish tacos made with fresh ingredients. There are two sizes of burritos---jumbo and super---with size determined by whether you add sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Add rice and beans (refried or whole) with your choice of filling: chicken, beef, pork or fish, or opt for vegetarian. Like things hot and spicy? Ask for a hit of hot sauce and jalapeño peppers.
