Chef Adam Shepard builds on his experiences at The French Laundry and Union Pacific to innovate traditional noodle shop cuisine with fresh specialties such as chilled green tea soba with sweet spring peas, grilled shrimp and carrot dipping sauce; and kelp-cured black cod. And what sanctuary would be complete without a tea specialist on hand? Over a glass of green tea-infused sochu or sparkling Jumai (saké), you may just realize that you've found your secret garden.
