Taos Pizza Out Back Restaurant Review: The Taos Pizza Out Back is like a lot of places in Taos---a shade funky, a shade left of center and very memorable. The thick crust can stand up to a mountain of potent ingredients, as in the case of the Greek with its salty kalamata olives, fresh basil and juicy fresh tomatoes. The Taos Pizza features mushrooms, black olives, green chilies, onions and, surprisingly, tasty pinto beans. Salads are mountains of mixed lettuces, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds and red cabbage, topped with a garlicky homemade dressing. |
