There’s a daily-changing menu to complement the rotating selection of 30 artisanal wines from around the world available by the glass. Since all manner of fine ingredients are available just downstairs, as well as fresh herbs and produce from the two greenhouses atop Eli's Vinegar Factory, there’s a lot to work with.
