Tatsu Restaurant Review:
At Tatsu, diners can customize their bowls of ramen when ordering from the tablets just inside the restaurant. (There are options for gluten-free noodles and vegan broth.) Our preference is the Cheeky Ramen, featuring a rich house-made chicken broth, curly noodles, soft-boiled egg, fried onions, scallions and yuzu kosho paste. Also on the menu are pork buns, fried rice and a Wagyu ramen burger.
