| American favorites like steaks, burgers and milkshakes are on the menu here---but this is no ordinary burger joint. The beef or bison in the made-to-order hamburgers, available in 25 different configurations, is ground on-site to assure meat quality. French fries, onion rings and salad fixings are all hand-cut in the kitchen; bread and cookies are baked fresh daily; and chili and soups are made from scratch. Adding to the allure, blue-plate specials like bison short ribs and roast turkey with dressing are offered. Our choice is the Beer Can chicken, half a bird basted with rosemary, garlic and Samuel Adams beer, then roasted and served with garlic mashed potatoes and buttered broccoli. Convenience is, in part, the draw since this chain is within a block of Nationwide Arena and the Columbus Convention Center. |
