| Tender Greens made its debut in Culver City and opened a second location in Point Loma. The focus is on locally grown products, comfort foods that feel like home-cooked meals, and organic salads. Our favorites include the tuna niçoise, the chipotle barbecue chicken or a memorable grilled flank steak with butter lettuce, red and gold beets, radishes and chives in horseradish vinaigrette. The menu also offers free-range chicken and a “Sunday Pot Roast” of braised Brandt beef from Fallbrook, accompanied by Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Tender Greens is both family-friendly and an affordable spot for a date. The desserts boast a homemade sentiment---think seasonal pies and tarts. |
