One of the few privately owned hotels in London, George Goring's establishment is delightful. Friendly and slightly old-fashioned, it's a favourite with some members of the Royal family who pop across from Buckingham Palace. Tea is served in a glassed-in terrace overlooking a private garden. All in all, a real treat.
