Downtown LA's Testa features a contemporary Cal-Italian menu and libations from Devon Espinosa and Michelle Champeau, including two cocktails that compare the "Classic Negroni vs. White Negroni." Chef Sydney Hunter III (Silver Lake's Kettle Black) now helms the stoves and will create new menus. Look for a select offering of Italian, French and California wines.
