Start with a lime-laced caipirinha drink, then get ready for a protein fix, with carvers roaming the restaurant offering rotisserie-roasted cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork and sausage, sliced tableside. A green tab at your table signals “more,” with service in seconds. Cinnamon-and-sugar-dusted fried plantains and garlic smashed potatoes come with the meats, and the 40-item salad bar is ideal for non-carnivores, with everything from black beans and rice to salmon, yuca and tabbouleh.
