Want to see and be seen in SoHo? This is the spot. The regular haunt of local and visiting celebs and hipper-than-thou downtowners, this minimalist bar (located in the equally sleek SIXTY SoHo hotel) is not unlike a place featured in the pages of any design magazine with an asterisk in the title. The relatively low-key atmosphere makes it a great spot for a date or a place to chat without having to compete with the loud bruisers at the next table. Comfortable brown leather chairs, a dark wood floor and a massive fireplace in the corner may make you want to check in to the hotel.
