Three Girls Bakery Restaurant Review: Straight from an Edward Hopper painting, a handful of seats rims the L-shaped counter at this Pike Place Market spot. Though the original three girls are no longer behind the counter, this tiny bakery was the first woman-owned business in the Market. Insiders know to order the meatloaf sandwich; the dense, onion-flecked meat is slathered with a pungent barbecue sauce. Enjoy it on nine-grain bread, one of the several options baked fresh daily. To indulge a sweet tooth, a selection of pastries is also available. |
