Tiny's & the Bar Upstairs Restaurant Review:

This rustic bi-level eatery in TriBeCa is cozier than most of the restaurants found in the neighborhood. French, Italian and California standbys at a reasonable price point fill the abbreviated wine menu, but don’t overlook the creative craft beer and cocktail list --- Tiny's mezcal Manhattan adds a nice twist to the standard. Comfort food made with local ingredients is a focus; think kale salad with Gouda and meatballs with garlic bread. The duck duo of smoked breast and confit is a highlight among entrées, as is the pork chop with parsnips. Finish simply with an almond peach tart topped with crème fraîche.
