The bistro's ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal fare is enlivened by chef Jurich's fascination with Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. Crab, served a number of ways---in soups, sushi, crab cakes and as soft shell, to name a few---is a feature. Other menu favorites include warm calamari salad with buttermilk Maytag blue cheese vinaigrette, jumbo lump crab cakes with Niçoise vegetables and Bistro bento box, which changes daily and features the chef's samplings from Asia and beyond. To expand the intimate eating space, bar seating is available, but be sure to reserve your spot well in advance.
