Todd Jurich's Bistro Restaurant Review: The bistro's ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal fare (such as first of the season shad roe “bacon and eggs”) is enlivened by chef Todd Jurich's fascination with Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. Crab is a highlight, served a number of ways: in soups, crab cakes and in a jumbo lump crab-stuffed flounder, to name a few. Other favorites include rye-roasted foie gras, a Virginia oyster roast, and grilled Mishima Ranch Kobe rib-eye with duck fat fries and truffle pan glaze, all complemented by a notable wine list. The grab ‘n’ go kiosk in the SunTrust lobby next door offers daily breakfast and lunch items straight from the bistro's kitchen.
