 The bistro's ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal fare is enlivened by chef Todd Jurich's fascination with Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. Crab, served a number of ways---in soups, crab cakes and in a jumbo lump crab-stuffed flounder, to name a few---is a feature. Other favorites include rye-roasted foie gras, “A Really Good Meatloaf” and roasted rack of Colorado lamb, all complemented by a notable wine list. The grab ‘n’ go kiosk in the SunTrust lobby next door offers daily breakfast and lunch items straight from the bistro's kitchen. |
