Tokyo Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar Restaurant Review: Shrimp are flying at Tokyo Hibachi, a Center City eatery that features teppanyaki, a style of Japanese grilling around a communal table. But teppanyaki is also a one-chef-show, an "eatertainment" event that’s fun for groups and kids of all ages. Choose from marinated hibachi steak, seafood, chicken and vegetables, or order from a full sushi menu, including a wide selection of maki. A private tatami room is available if you call in advance.
