Tom Aikens Restaurant’s present incarnation proposes a more relaxed style of dining than that of its previous version. Aikens’ cooking has always been the real attraction: a study in the art of intricacy, both in the appearance of his dishes and in the mixture of ingredients and tastes. À la carte and tasting menus are offered for both lunch and dinner (there are also two additional set menus at lunch). One may encounter ash baked cod with mussels sauce, or braised and roasted piglet belly. The international wine list has selections by the bottle and glass.
