With its notable wine list, high-quality microbrews and imported beer selections---not to mention its sushi menu and extensive seafood offerings---Tom's Oyster Bar is a good place for all ages (and persuasions) to dine. This mini-chain is all about offering up variety, but it's the oysters, natch, and jambalaya that steal the show. Still, you also should consider the Key West shrimp salad with coconut shrimp, pineapple, Mandarin oranges and cucumbers in a red onion-lime vinaigrette; pan-fried Great Lakes perch; or the grilled Florida grouper. Non-fish lovers can opt for a fine blue cheese-topped burger, a smoked turkey and Gouda sandwich, or a decent bacon-wrapped filet, too. And don't miss the Crabby Bread---crab meat and Asiago cheese baked into a loaf of bread. Patrons can enjoy the food while taking in the casual, nautical environs.
