Located on its namesake floor of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, Sixteen is adorned with a massive, twinkly Swarovski-crystal chandelier, soaring ceilings and a sweeping skyline view. The food proves lovely and intriguingly thematic, courtesy of Thomas Lents, a Joël Robuchon vet.
