Top Hops Restaurant Review:
Former Anheuser Busch executive Ted Kenny is the purveyor of fine brews (and some good beer snacks) at this beer shop/bar/light eatery on the Lower East Side. There are over 20 beers on tap --- everything from obscure Belgians to New York State craft beers to even, ahem, Budweiser. If you don’t see anything you like, take a look inside the bottle-filled coolers in the back of the room. Guests can pick up one of 700 different beers to go or buy a bottle and drink it there. And it all tastes better with the various snacks on offer: cheese from lauded Saxelby Cheesemongers plus mounds of charcuterie are ideal bites to extend the evening for more beer.
