THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Top of the Triangle Restaurant Review:
This vast dining space attracts a no-nonsense business crowd as well as out-of-towners looking for some of the citys best views. The food has always been of the bland, traditional sort, although a new chef is beginning to infuse a little excitement into the lineup. With his Caribbean background, chef Michael Henri Wetli has brought flavorful duck dumplings and banana leaf-wrapped shrimp to the solid menu of traditional steaks, lamb and chicken dishes. The food and service are consistently reliable, but where this restaurant really shines is in its spectacular views from the top of the citys tallest skyscraper.
