| If you’re new to the Spanish tapas concept---little plates of selected dishes, like sampling a mini-meal---then you can satisfy your curiosity and appetite at this eatery. You can order plenty and not worry about overeating, though your bill may add up to more than you’d reckoned. We have enjoyed the gambas al ajillo (roasted shrimp in garlic), the costillitas de cordero (marinated and grilled lamb chops on mashed potatoes), and the puerco a la Mancha (boneless pork steaks with onion in an orange sauce). And if you are hankering for something sweet, the flan is perfectly cooked with its dense yet creamy texture. Thirsty? The sangría is outstanding. |
