Toscana’s dining room recalls the rustic elegance of Florence, right down to the antiquated sandstone tiled floor and brick wood-burning oven. Creative touches, like Victorian-style glass chandeliers made with red wine bottles in myriad colors, give the room a festive feel. The menu features antipasti, pizzas, pastas and charcuterie such as burrata, Gorgonzola and salame Toscano (tender pork loin). Large plates highlight fish, seafood and meats: grilled Alaskan salmon full of subtly complex flavors; a hearty vitello Milanese, a veal chop with cherry tomato salad, cremini mushrooms and lemon zest. Desserts include the innovative grappa e vino --- ricotta, sugar-coated red grapes and grappa margarita; classic tiramisu is an option as well. A fine regional wine selection complements the menu with pricing for both everyday dining and special occasions.
