Tower Cafe Restaurant Review: Tower Café, with its global menu and eclectic décor, has been popular with locals and tourists alike for more than two decades. The interior is loaded with artwork and handicrafts from around the globe, while the outdoor patio is a tropical oasis in the heart of the city. Dinner features a number of small plates drawn from every continent, such as chicken satay and a tostada trio. Mains include burgers, sandwiches and larger plates, including salmon linguine, chile rellenos and Thai skirt steak. Tower Café’s weekend brunch features custard-soaked french toast and huevos rancheros. Be sure to indulge your sweet tooth with a variety of house-made tarts, pies, cookies and cakes. Take advantage of half-priced bottles of wine on Mondays, or $2 pints on Tuesdays. |
