This hugely popular steakhouse has carved a niche with a good ol’ fashioned combo---steaks and country music. It’s a twin attack that makes for a down-home culinary experience, enough to rough up the slipperiest city slicker. The steaks here are hearty and hefty. The best-selling model is a 22 oz. porterhouse dubbed the Cowboy that really moves the buckaroos. If that’s not enough for you go for the Stud (a 32 oz. cut) or the massive 50-ounce Bull. The house also serves ribs, chicken and more reasonably sized cuts of beef, all matched up with the basic potato staples. During your meal soak up the sounds of local country acts playing your current and bygone C&W favorites. The live music provides a rare chance for families to enjoy live country, free from the smoke and more drinking-minded setting of the typical saloon.
