 Tre Cugini Restaurant Review: There's nothing like an elegant porcini soufflé with black truffle oil to begin a sumptuous Italian dining experience. Pair your starter with risotto cooked to order, perhaps combined with a little shrimp and asparagus tips. Pastas are made fresh daily and entrées include such dishes as Mediterranean striped bass; osso buco with saffron risotto; and breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, asparagus and mozzarella. Desserts include mainstays like panna cotta and tiramisu, as well as decadent flourless chocolate torte and chocolate sheets filled with amaretto chocolate mousse. The restaurant's extensive wine list includes a large selection of Italian varietals. |
