The Treasury Restaurant Review:

The grand upmarket trappings of this shiny bar in the heart of the Financial District draw the after-work banking set for power drinks and post-meeting downloads over seasonal cocktails. Chandelier-lit, gunmetal-blue walls adorned with brass and marble belie a groove that is anything but stiff, as the bar’s colorful young owners deliver tall tales of epic surf alongside rare wines. Light bar bites pair well. The soft Louisiana blue crab roll and smoky pigs in a blanket are worth a whirl. The chilled white gulf shrimp with avocado over little gem eats like a well-dressed Louie, and the spiced, smoked and roasted nuts make for a rewarding snack. The overlooked gem in this jewelry case is the sherry collection, which can be sampled in flights alongside caviar service or oysters. With or without your prized client, a very good use of the corporate expense account.
