A bust of Charlie Parker playing his saxophone stands on a pedestal at the entrance and live jazz can be heard five nights a week. This art deco, Parisian-style supper club features New World Caribbean-style cuisine. For lunch, try a house specialty, the jerk chicken penne pasta with sundried tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and roasted garlic cloves in a light cream sauce. We love the Très Jazz salad with grilled papaya and sherry vinaigrette offered for lunch and dinner. You’ll like the goat cheese crostini with tomato and eggplant. The tuna carpaccio with green papaya salad is delicious. Pan-sautéed Bahamian black grouper with lemon-orange sweet plantain mash is a specialty, as is filet of beef au poivre with crisp spicy onion frites.
