Trevi’s Restaurant Restaurant Review: Trevi's Restaurant at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas offers al fresco dining canal-side that, while it may not be Venice, feels romantic and picturesque. Chef Patrick O'Connor does justice to traditional Italian cuisine with sumptuous pastas such as the mushroom porcini ravioli and the 14-ounce Tuscan steak for stouter appetites. Service can be a bit hit or miss, but the midday buffet is a safe bet for a business lunch. The selection of wines-by-the-glass is respectable with some solid Chiantis and Tuscans to complement the food flavors. Finish off with some creamy, cool tiramisu.
