![]() Triumph Grill Restaurant Review: The menu defies borders, with an international road trip of influences extending from Indian to Japanese to Italian. But many of the house-made sauces, smoked meats, salad dressings, pastas and chips showcase aspects of American regional cooking. Some of the best dishes are fueled with fiery peppers and Southwestern seasonings. Then again, there’s a tasty English-style curry pork loin with fresh mango chutney, and the beef tenderloin with new potatoes and Maytag blue cheese butter. A satisfyingly broad wine list matches dishes just fine. Triumph Grill is located next door to the vintage motorcycle MOTO Museum. The cycle motif is integrated into the setting so well that, for the most part, you might not notice it (pendant lights honed from old headlamps and black leather and chrome touches). Expect a business crowd at lunch and those heading to symphony hall or theaters in Grand Center in the evening. |
