Tulalip Bay Restaurant Restaurant Review: Tucked inside the Tulalip Casino is this redwood-paneled restaurant, perhaps one of Snohomish County’s best-kept secrets. It’s decorated with blown-glass light fixtures by David Chihuly --- the wine room boasts an original Chihuly chandelier --- along with historical black-and-white tribal photos crowning plush half-booths. Jeremy Taisey is now the chef and general manager. Starters include Maine lobster tail ravioli with a lemon-lobster beurre blanc. For dinner, choose from rack of lamb with a hazelnut crust, chicken cacciatore and more. A fresh strawberry genoise and warm pineapple-pear crisp have been among desserts.
