Everything is made fresh in this neighborhood eatery. Kids 12 and under get linguine marinara, linguine with meatballs, ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmigiana or fried shrimp for under $7. We like the artichoke hearts Francaise. The steamed clams are delicious. Go for the rigatoni baked with ricotta and mozzarella. The trout amandine with meuniere sauce is near perfect. A nice selection of wines by the glass complements the fare. Splurge on the vanilla ice cream on a crust of crumbled Oreo cookies layered with pralines, and topped with caramel.
