After undergoing a $3.7 million redesign to create a modern, intimate dining room, Twin Creeks Steakhouse now takes its place as one of Las Vegas’ distinctive steakhouses, on or off the Strip. Its classic dinner menu features cold water lobster tail; salt-and-pepper-crusted prime rib; and the savory bourbon-barbecue, bone-in rib-eye. These dishes come with a house salad, a basket of artisan breads and a choice of two sides, including steamed broccolini, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. An extensive wine list, boutique bourbons and handcrafted martinis, and creative cocktails by mixologist John Dupont complement the cuisine.
