THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED The neighborhood is a not-so-subtle reminder that you're eons away from Paris, but duck into this artful little bi-level bistro and you may just experience a certain je ne sais quoi. College students, professors and pre-theater crowds frequent Twingo's to savor the spinach salad and potato-leek and Gorgonzola soup, to start.
