Umbria Prime Restaurant Review: Umbria added “Prime” to its name and changed its focus from solely Italian dishes, ramping up the menu with beef, seafood and chops. The restaurant is housed on the first two floors with the nightclub Prime situated on floors three through five. Italian flair is evident with dishes like roast chicken ravioli and tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and fresh truffle shavings. The steakhouse offerings feature corn- and grass-fed 35-day dry-aged steaks seared in a brick oven that can be seen through the open kitchen. Like traditional steakhouses, Umbria Prime demands high prices for its steaks, with a double-cut filet topping the charts at $50. |
