There’s no pretension in this noodle shop’s plain white walls and wooden tables and chairs. The service is swift and absolutely charming, and the selection of ramen is astoundingly good. We’ve enjoyed the subtly flavored, fresh noodles with either clear meat broth, soy-doused broth or robust miso broth, topped with anything from stir-fried vegetables to boiled pork won tons, from barbecued pork to spicy Korean-style pickled cabbage.
